In what ways can I pay?

In the online store you pay with. iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Garenlief gift cards.

Can I pay cash?

Garenlief does not have a physical store and the online store does not keep any cash. In addition, we will never solicit or accept cash online or by mail.

Can I pay afterwards?

At Garenlief it is not yet possible to pay afterwards online. Work is currently underway to enable Klarna payments.

Can I exchange a tourist voucher?

Garenlief does not yet accept tourist vouchers.

Do I have to pay anything for returning my order?

No, that's free. Returns can cost you money, because Garenlief does not have a free return number. That is why we will always reimburse the costs afterwards if your product can and may be returned.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

It is possible that no order confirmation has yet been sent due to busy times on the website. Therefore, always check whether money has been debited. Have you not received confirmation after 1 hour? Please contact us.
